Most wild celebrity Christmas decorations of 2020
Christmas 2020 has been a little different for most people. While usual traditions might include Christmas light viewings, Winter Wonderland visits and high-street shopping, coronavirus lockdown have put in a spanner in the works for many of us around the world. As real life activities may have been restricted, an increasing number of people have been looking online for some yuletide relief and joy instead. Thankfully in the media landscape of 2020 there have been an abundance of celebrities on hand to add some sparkle to our festive season with some truly outlandish Christmas decorations. So we’re taking a look as some of the best celebrity decorations this Christmas.
The Kardashians
Not to be out done – ever – the Kardashian clan rank high on the list of wild and out there Christmas decorations. Kendall, Kyle, Khloe and Kourtney all cause somewhat of a social media storm with their larger than life Christmas decorations this year. Whilst Kendalls relatively tasteful tree extended into her living room and round the fireplace making a homely and warm scene, Khloe alternatively took the opportunity to set up an evocative pose in front of her tree to flaunt an array of Louis Vuitton gear she seems to have received this Christmas.
The White House
The White House has a long standing tradition of festive decorations being orchestrated by the first lady. Melania Trump cause controversy in 2018 with her infamous red Christmas trees and has since then taken a more conservtive approach to decoration. This year she has used the colour blue to symbolise perseverance and justice. The colour is used to honour the American service men and women and their families who support them in their mission.
Gwen Stefani
Iconic early 00s singer Gwen Stefani is an unlikely high-ranking celebrity on this list for her full embracement of the gingerbread theme this Christmas. Stefani’s sky scraping Christmas tree has been decked out with miniature gingerbread men and candy canes making it truly one of the sweetest sights this yuletide. The actress took her Christmas spirit one step further, wearing a Christmas tree dress to appear on the Christmas finale of The Voice reality tv show this year.
